in May of 1998 at the urging of various potential clients who repeatedly
noted there was a strong need for a client-oriented, technically proficient
consulting firm. Herst & Associates, Inc., based in St. Charles
(St. Louis), Missouri, specializes in hydrogeologic, hydrogeochemical,
and general environmental services. Herst & Associates, Inc. offers
services that range from multimillion dollar CERCLA Remedial Investigation
/ Feasibility Studies and RCRA Facility Investigations to routine
groundwater, surface water, and air sampling.

reliable, defensible environmental data that meets or exceeds regulatory
