Herst & Associates, Inc. teamed with another highly-regarded consulting firm to develop an Engineering Feasibility Study (EFS) at a site with volatile organic compound impacts (VOC) to groundwater. The team developed an innovative remedial application which utilized fate and transport modeling results, geochemical modeling, and recharge of treated groundwater to reduce the timeframe for achieving corrective action goals while significantly reducing overall project costs.
