Herst & Associates, Inc. is the primary consultant responsible for completing an RI/FS at a CERCLA Superfund site impacted by organics, metals, and radionuclides. Herst & Associates, Inc. is responsible for preparing detailed deliverables submitted to State and Federal regulatory agencies, including the US EPA, based on site-specific environmental data. Due to the development of a complete and reliable project Work Plan, Sampling and Analysis Plan, and Quality Assurance Project Plan by Mr. Ward Herst, the US EPA agreed to performance of the RI/FS without need of a third-party technical oversight contractor. This agreement significantly reduced the overall costs to the client.
