As part of a permit renewal process, Herst & Associates, Inc. has been retained to evaluate existing remedial measures that have been applied to groundwater impacts, and to develop recommendations for modifications that will achieve cleanup objectives, reduce costs, and incorporate risk characterization results into the short- and long-term remedial actions.
